My ten-year background as a teacher, educating children of various ages, taught me how capable and resilient children are and how vital the entire family system is to each child’s success. This understanding inspired me to pursue, and commit my life’s work, to a career practicing therapy.

I’m passionate about equipping parents with actionable insights to support their child’s growth. I love seeing a child’s confidence grow as they develop new coping skills, leading to less frustration, more understanding, and deeper family connections.

My personal wellness practices include yoga, fitness training, and dancing like no one is watching. I also cherish quality time with my husband and our dog. These practices keep me balanced, grounded, and energized, enabling me to bring my best self to my work with clients.
