Bio

CTC_Website_icon_v copy.png

I was drawn to working with children because I know how challenging it can be to navigate life’s struggles without support. As a child, I didn’t have access to therapy, but I believe it would have helped me better understand myself and my emotions. Today, I’m passionate about helping kids work through challenges so they can grow into confident, self-aware individuals.

My early experiences as a camp counselor, working in childcare, and coaching youth sports taught me how to connect with children in ways that help them feel safe and understood. As a play therapist, I love investing in kids because they are our future. I especially enjoy working with neurodiverse children, helping them embrace their differences and build resilience.

One of my favorite moments is when parents shift from feeling overwhelmed by their child’s behavior to seeing it as a challenge they can tackle together. Supporting parents and children as they strengthen their connection is deeply rewarding.

Outside of work, I recharge by playing with my dogs, getting outdoors, and spending time with family and friends. These moments keep me grounded so I can bring my best to the families I work with.

If you're looking for a compassionate therapist to guide you and your child through life’s challenges with understanding and support, I’d love to hear from you.
